Precautions
Please make sure to check and make sure you don't feel uncomfortable.

Doll
· Cloning dolls is produced domestically and may have fine bubbles or parting lines in all parts.
· The inside of the head, eye holes, head lids, etc. may not be perfect.
· Each product is shipped according to the degree of damage in the process and inspected on our own basis.
Costume: Gift products are provided randomly and exchange and return are difficult.
· Since the outfit is handmade, there may be parts that are not perfect.
 · It uses thin fabric, so don't overdo it and cover it slowly.
· Areas that cannot be milled may be hand-sealed, and there may be parts finished with fabric glue prevention solution.
· Do not wash or iron because A/S is not possible in case of damage.

Shoe part and fist hand part
· Shoes parts have incomplete gate lines and painted surfaces.
· Fist-hand parts can be sculptured and have gate lines as they are handmade with swandoms.
· It may cause problems with painting or surface, so please be careful not to touch various chemicals and treat each part with soft cotton.

Make up
· Makeup is handmade, so there can be fine dust and it is not perfectly symmetrical.
· Makeup is not A/S available, so be careful not to touch the surface directly with sharp objects, sandpaper, or other objects.
· It is impossible to order a change of makeup.

Wig
· Wigs have individual differences in bangs or lengths.
· The wig is not A/S, so do not comb or spray with water.

Eyes
· 14mm fits the Una head best.
· There is no separate sale of eyeballs.
· Silver-grade products can be released later.
· The detailed image is most similar to the actual color.
 · Since it is handmade and handmade, pupils and iris are not symmetrical in the center and perfect symmetry.
· Each product is shipped according to the degree of damage in the process and inspected on our own basis.

Purchase precautions
· Swandoll's products are expensive ball joint dolls and accessories and are not toys for infants and toddlers.
· Please refer to the product that requires sufficient knowledge and attention about ball joint dolls.
· Our custom-made products take about 60 business days from the date of deposit confirmation.
· In the case of general custom-made products or limited custom-made products, product changes or refunds are not possible due to simple change of mind because the value of the product decreases or it is difficult to resell after a certain sales period.
· Custom-made products can be canceled or changed within 48 hours of ordering, and cancellation or change is not possible afterwards. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.

· Only the specified components will be shipped.
· It's a handmade product, so please refer to this and order.
· Depending on the angle and resolution of the monitor light, there may be differences in actual color.
· Please check the product as soon as you receive it and refer to the relevant information if you want to exchange/return it.
· All photography works are based on Apple, and depending on the monitor, the actual color may vary slightly, so please refer to it before purchasing.
· Each product is shipped according to the degree of damage in the process and inspected on our own basis.
· For orders without intention to purchase (order cancellation & return more than three times in a row), the use of the site may be restricted.

Order-related precautions
 · If the payment method is changed without C/S consultation, the payment may be canceled and the order cannot be restored.
· There may be several minutes of delay due to system computer processing after sales start.
· Please understand that when ordering the same product at the same time as other customers, there may be an error that the order is canceled due to the computer processing of the system.
· Inventory will be secured only when the order is completed. You can't secure it just by putting it in your shopping basket, so please make sure to check it.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

1. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
